In each survey, you can allow the respondent to edit their answers afterwards.
Use of cookies
In the 'EDIT' - 'Settings' - 'Respondent access' tab, you can enable cookies to allow a respondent who has already completed your survey to edit their answers when they click on the survey again later, but this means that the data and analysis will also change, so in most (but not all) cases it is better to select that they cannot edit their answers. More information on the use of cookies can be found here.
Use of URL address
In the 'EDIT' - 'Questionnaire' tab, you can enable the 'Show link for later editing' option in the 'Thank you page' settings. When the respondent reaches the end of the survey, a URL will be displayed, through which they will be able to access the survey later and edit their answers.
Use of identification codes for respondents
In the 'PUBLISH' - 'Invitations' tab, you can use the option of personalised invitations. In the email invitation settings you can choose between automatic and manual entry of an individual code. In the 'EDIT' - 'Settings' - 'Respondent access' tab, you can then modify the cookie settings and select the 'can edit their responses later' option. The use of the 1KA system for sending invitations only available for users of the 3KA package for individuals, and for users of the business packages for groups.
