PAYMENT OF 1KA SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGES

For the time being, subscribers of 1KA private packages can only pay by cash in advance when purchasing the package. After placing the order, the user receives a confirmation for payment to his e-mail address (he can also download it directly after the purchase or at any time in the tab 'My surveys' - 'Orders').

Once the proforma invoice has been settled (if you make a payment during business hours, this is usually within a few hours), we will activate the selected package at your e-mail address. Activation of packages currently takes place during business hours, from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.

In the coming weeks, we will introduce automated activation of packages, as we will add more payment methods:

Payment with Paypal,
Payment by debit card.
