A major server upgrade of 1KA was carried out.

The 1KA service will now be significantly more powerful, stable and fast.

Dear 1KA users,

Please be informed that on Sunday, 19 March 2017, from 9:00 to 11:00, we will be upgrading our server infrastructure, therefore the entire 1KA service will be unavailable during the download.

The upgrade will make the 1KA app significantly more reliable, faster and safer.

The number of users and their activities is growing at a very fast pace: in 2016 alone, more than 1.5 million online questionnaires were completed on the basic installation www.1ka.si and the number of registered users approached 50,000. This has led to some recent disruptions, for which we sincerely apologise to users. The upgrade will bring a major technological leap and a whole new level of server support.

If you encounter any problems after the upgrade is complete, please let us know via the online form.
