Is It Possible To Get Respondents From Established Survey Panels Within 1KA?

Yes, in principle, an agreement has been reached with all major online panel providers in Slovenia to use panel respondents in surveys created with the 1KA tool.

A specific code is required to obtain panellists from Slovenian panels, and additional costs may be incurred for the implementation, either on 1KA's or the panel provider's side.

Arrangement with the panel provider

• Which variables or data they can provide you with, and which data must be returned to their system after the survey is completed. In principle, only the respondent code or ID is sufficient;
• Where and how your block of questions will be displayed to the respondent, which blocks of questions come before or after your questions, or whether it is a stand-alone survey;
• The cost of using the list of respondents from their panel.

Using 1KA when integrating survey panels

After activating the Panel module in the 1KA tool which allows you to recruit respondents via a commercial panel, default settings are triggered to link the panel data to the 1KA data. For most cases, the default settings are sufficient and we recommend you do not change them. For more information on the Panel module settings, please refer to the manual >>.

The functionality is only available for users of the 3KA package for individuals, and for users of the business packages for groups.
