1KA automatically generates graphical representations of the results in the 'ANALYSE' - 'Charts' tab, which are selected according to the variable type, but you can also change the chart type, and you can also refine each chart individually.
Next to each chart you have settings on the right hand side where you can change the chart type, you can specify whether the responses or columns are ordered by size; ascending or descending, which values should be included in the chart and the display of the values in the column.
My chart is not sharp enough ...
If you want to improve the sharpness of your charts, select the High resolution option and your charts will improve to 2400 px. The resolution can be set by clicking on the 'Settings' icon (wheel) in the top right.
The text on my charts overlaps ...
If you find that the text on your charts overlaps, then you can click either on the chart itself or on the advanced settings, and in the 'Labels' tab you can change the text as you like and adjust it to suit the graph. The limit for corrected labels is 30 characters.
I don't like the colors of the charts ...
There are two ways to change the colors of the charts: you can change the colors for all charts by clicking on the 'Settings' icon in the top right and selecting 'Color' (for all charts at once). Alternatively, you can change the colors for each chart individually by simply clicking on the chart itself or on the advanced settings and selecting a color for each value in the colors tab.
The shape of the chart doesn't suit me ...
If you don't like the shape of the chart and would like to have a par chart instead of a bar chart, then select the option you want in the graph type section. More >>
