1KA uses a suitable server from a professional provider that adheres to the highest standards (in terms of power supply, security, etc.).

A parallel server system is also in place, where all data (each click of each survey separately) is backed up on an ongoing basis at a different location.

In addition, daily backups of the data are made to external drives. It is therefore theoretically almost impossible for any data to disappear. Thus, it has never happened that respondents' data have been lost in any way.
