In the general settings, the survey editor edits their GDPR profile. The editor indicates whether they collect survey data as a private individual or as an organisation. If they collect data as an organisation, they must also enter the name of the organisation, the registration number and the Data Protection Officer (DPO) or responsible person (e.g. survey author, company director, etc.).

A GDPR profile must be set up for each user who collects personal data in surveys. We will protect the data entered by the user in the GDPR profile and will only use it for the purpose of processing requests for deletion, modification or access to personal and/or survey data.
