The 'My surveys'- 'GDPR settings' - 'Request processing' tab (link is available to logged in users) shows the full list of requests made by respondents in the user's surveys. The user can see the following information about the request: the name of the survey with a URL link to the survey (click on the name), a message from the respondent describing the data to which the request relates, the email address of the respondent, the type of request (deletion, correction, access) and the date.

The user (survey author) has 30 days to comply with the request and inform the respondent that their request has been resolved (Article 19 of the GDPR). When the editor processes the request, they have to indicate whether the request has been complied with, and may additionally add a comment to the request. If the request is not complied with within 30 days even after an additional warning from 1KA, we reserve the right to delete the survey.
