Settings

The 'SETTINGS' tab is used to specify additional settings for the online questionnaire:

• 'Basic settings': name of the survey, display of the 'Previous page' button, language, privacy policy, saving the survey to the library, setting of alert for all questions (mandatory question, warning only or no warning), numbering of questions etc. More >>
• 'Table settings': customisation of table question types on PC and mobile devices.
• 'Standard words': standard words for all questionnaire languages, e.g. 'Next', 'Back', 'End', 'Next page', etc. More >>
• 'Editor access': who can edit the survey or access the data. More >>
• 'Respondents access': whether cookies are used, how long they are kept, blocked repeated IP addresses, recognition of respondents and generating password to access the survey. More >>
• 'Notifications': about completed surveys, survey expiration, change of activity and deletion of the survey. More >>
• 'Activity/Quotas': duration of the survey and limitation of the number of responses (quotas). More >>
• 'Groups': create any number of URLs to identify groups of respondents. More >>
• 'Comments': comments from editors and respondents on the questions. More >>
• 'Data display': settings for the display of valid units. More >>
• 'Paradata': which paradata - when monitoring respondents - is stored. 
• 'Missing values': the use of default or customized missing values.
• 'PDF/RTF export': settings for exporting the questionnaire and the respondents' answers. More >>
• 'GDPR': settings related to the collection of personal data in the survey, the possibility to activate 1KA proposed consent for the collection and to edit the personal data collection policy. More >>
