How Do I Prevent the Same Respondent From Participating in the Survey Multiple Times?

You can prevent duplicate responses to the survey in the following ways:

In 'EDIT' - 'Settings' - 'Respondent Access' - 'Completion options' tab, you can turn on the use of cookies, where the respondent is recognised and treated according to the settings in the 'If the user returns' option (e.g. continues on the page where they left off) when they return. It should be noted that the respondent can bypass the cookie, e.g. by using a different browser or computer. More >>
In the 'PUBLISH' - 'Invitations' tab, use the identification codes that the system assigns to each respondent individually. This option is only available for users of the 3KA package for individuals, and for users of the business packages for groups.

When you have a list of respondents to be surveyed, we recommend using the identification codes, because respondents can circumvent the limitations set by cookies, even unintentionally (e.g. opening the survey twice on different devices).

Some of the functionalities described are only available for users of the 3KA package for individuals, and for users of the business packages for groups.
