How Can I Personalize My Survey With a Custom Logo?

You can change the logo for all themes. The logo change also applies to the display of the survey on a mobile device. Theme customisation is only available to users of the 2KA and 3KA packages for individuals, and for users of the business packages for groups.

The procedure for adding your own logo can be found in the 'EDIT' - 'Design' tab:

• First, in the selected theme, click on the 'Customize' button (bottom right of the selected theme window).
• This will open the options for customising the theme, where you have, among other things, the option 'Upload logo'.
• Click on 'Choose File' to select the desired image file on your computer (it can be in .png., .jpg or .gif formats) and confirm the selection.
• In the preview on the right side of the screen, you can then see how your logo will look in the survey. If you are happy with your settings, click on the 'Save changes' button at the bottom of the page.
• The logo can be removed by clicking on the 'blue bin' to the right of the file name that was uploaded as the logo image.

* If the logo you want does not load or display, check the image file name for invalid characters, such as # % & * : < > ? / \ { | }. In this case, you need to rename the file.

In addition to the process described above, you can also change the logo in a more complex way that requires knowledge of CSS, where you can use code to customise the look of your survey, and you can also insert your own logo or upload your own CSS file. This can be done in the 'CSS editing' and 'Upload your own CSS' sections of the 'EDIT' - 'Design' tab.

CSS theme editing is only available to users of the 3KA package for individuals, and for users of the business packages for groups.
